At the March 25, 2003 meeting of the Sacramento Conference Cabinet, a committee was formed to study the possibility of a Sacramento Conference-produced television program for the RCCTV cable channel 75. Roger Linder, Bruce Lohse and Diane Lowe were named as initial organizers.
